When It Cannot Wait Until Tuesday
Burst pipes, water coming through a ceiling and a main drain backing up do not keep office hours, and they get worse by the minute. Emergency calls get moved ahead of scheduled work, and we aim to be on site within 1 to 2 hours on emergency calls during business hours, Monday to Saturday.
When you call you get Ronan or Khalil. Not a call centre, not a dispatcher, not whoever happens to be free that afternoon. The person who quotes the job is the person who does it, and you get the price before the work starts rather than a number at the end you had no say in.
If it is actually urgent, phone rather than fill in the form. The form is checked through the day and it is the right way to book planned work, but a pipe letting go is a phone call. (825) 773-1297.
What We Treat as an Emergency
- Burst and frozen pipes
- Active leaks and water coming through a ceiling
- Blocked or backing up main drains
- No hot water
- A leaking or failed water heater
- An overflowing toilet, or the only toilet out of action
- Sewer smell inside the building
- A shut off valve that will not shut off
Outside our hours, leave a message and we will call you back at the start of the next business day. If the day is already full we will tell you that on the phone and book the earliest time we genuinely have, rather than taking the booking and leaving you waiting on a maybe.
Once the immediate problem is stopped, the fix usually sits on one of these: water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning and repairs, or general residential and commercial plumbing. Same two people either way.
